Fantasy Hockey POTN (5/24)

WRITTEN BY CHRIS WASSEL | 23 MAY 2011

Tonight’s Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals started out slow but picked up in entertainment value as the night went on.  The reality was clear that Tampa put a good deal of rubber on the Boston goalie this night.  Yes he gave up one early but did not give up one the rest of the way.

So as Boston eventually scored three unanswered, it became apparent that there was only one player that could be Fantasy POTN.  That person was obviously Tim Thomas.  Clearly stopping 33 of 34 will help your cause and saves like these help as well.

That is just one of them and I do believe here is another.

Well yes that is why a Fantasy POTN has to be one that carries your team.  Tim Thomas did just that tonight and as a result the Boston Bruins are now just one more win from the Stanley Cup Finals.

Who will win this Tuesday Night?  Stay tuned…….
